1. Service Agreement
All services provided by Ripora are subject to a mutual agreement. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be clearly defined before work begins.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
2. Payments & Fees
50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Delayed payments may result in project hold or termination.
3. No Guarantee Clause
While we use proven strategies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific results such as:
Exact sales numbers
Guaranteed leads
Fixed ranking positions on Google
Specific ROI
Marketing performance depends on market conditions, competition, and external platform algorithms.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information
Share required content & access on time
Review and approve deliverables promptly
Project delays caused by the client will not be the responsibility of Ripora.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative assets remain the property of Ripora until full payment is completed.
After full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client.
6. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for:
Facebook / Meta account bans
Google Ads suspension
Instagram restrictions
Algorithm updates
These platforms operate independently and may change policies at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ripora shall not be liable for:
Indirect losses
Business losses
Revenue loss
Reputation damage
Platform penalties
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Payment is delayed
Client provides misleading information
Client engages in illegal activities
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal courts.
