At Ripora Digital Marketing Agency, we maintain a strict refund policy due to the time, effort, strategy, and digital resources involved in our services.

By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the following terms:


1. No Refund After Work Begins

All payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
This includes strategy planning, research, account setup, design work, campaign creation, or any resource allocation.


2. Advance Payment

Advance payments are required to initiate work and are strictly non-refundable.


3. Digital Marketing Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, GMB, Website Development, etc.), we do not guarantee specific results such as:

  • Guaranteed sales

  • Exact number of leads

  • First-page Google rankings

  • Fixed ROI

Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations.


4. Monthly Retainer Services

For monthly services:

  • Payment must be made in advance.

  • No partial refunds for unused days.

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.


5. Website & Design Projects

Once design concepts are shared or development has begun, refunds are not applicable.

If a client cancels the project midway, payment made up to that point will not be refunded.


6. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Hosting, Domain, Plugins, Tools) are non-refundable under any circumstances.


7. Chargeback Protection

If a client initiates a payment dispute or chargeback without valid reason, Ripora reserves the right to:

  • Suspend all services immediately

  • Terminate contracts

  • Take legal action if necessary


8. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of management and only applicable before work officially begins.
